This free pre-conference workshop will focus on understanding natural beaches and coastlines and the move away from hard engineering towards working with nature and restoring degraded coasts. Sessions will be run by CRT trustees Jim Dahm and David Bergin who between them have over 60 years of applied experience in working with and restoring natural ecosystems.
Includes a field trip in the afternoon.
